In Downtown Roanoke
It's a big football weekend for Virginia Tech apparently, so these hotels do not offer room blocks. They do expect to sell out.
They are the closest to downtown Roanoke, as well as the afterparty.

Transportation to/from the Wedding
Personal Car
You can always drive yourself to/from the wedding. We will have an open bar, so we just ask that you make alternate plans if you might drink in order to be safe. Cars are not allowed to stay at the venue overnight.
Our Bus
We will be offering a bus from the Marriott Courtyard (Roanoke Airport Hotel) hotel to the wedding venue, as well as to the afterparty. There will be 1 ride from the hotel to the venue, but the bus will do multiple trips throughout the night back to the hotel. This bus will not be able to take people to AirBnBs.
Ubers
You will be able to call an Uber from Roanoke, but Ubers are not common in Rocky Mount / near the venue. This means that you can use one to get to the venue from Roanoke, but you will need alternate transportation to get back.
Taxi
There are a few taxi companies based out of Roanoke that serve the Rocky Mount area. We recommend that you book this service in advance if you are looking to use it, in order to give them time to drive to the venue.
